Implementing standards with clients, not for them
Sterling International Consulting implements ISO management system standards and GRC frameworks with its clients: quality, environment, health and safety, information security, privacy, business continuity, food safety and many more. This one-minute film is the company's short introduction to how that work is done, through Design™, Drive™, Sustain™ and Automate™, the parts of Sterling OS™ that carry an engagement from the first gap analysis to the years after certification.

What clients can expect from an engagement
Every engagement starts from the organisation's real way of working. A gap analysis keeps what already works and turns what is missing into actions with owners and dates. Under Design™ the client's team implements with Sterling's structure, templates, workshops and coaching; under Drive™ Sterling consultants take on the agreed consulting and documentation work with the client's process owners. Automate™ runs the system in Effivity, included with the engagement, and Sustain™ keeps it working after the certificate or report is achieved.
Engagements are scoped and priced as one all-inclusive proposal, with consulting, Effivity, Sterling Academy access and internal auditor training as applicable in one proposal. Where several standards apply, they are built as one integrated system rather than a series of separate projects.
Sterling does not certify. Certificates are issued by accredited certification bodies, attestation reports by independent CPA firms and assessments by the assessors entitled to give them; Sterling prepares organisations for those independent decisions and supports them afterwards.
