Two ways to work with Sterling
Two ways to work with Sterling
Sterling Regional Associate — represent Sterling in your market
For firms and individuals with a client base. You find and develop opportunities, coordinate proposals and keep the local relationship; Sterling issues or approves every proposal and delivers the work. Earn a commission on contracts Sterling signs through you, or work on a net Sterling price and set your own margin. Non-exclusive to start; exclusivity can be earned.
Sterling Delivery Associate — deliver on Sterling engagements
For experienced implementers, internal auditors and trainers. Work on Sterling projects in your country or remotely: implementation, documentation, internal audits, gap assessments, awareness and auditor training — to Sterling's method, with Sterling's templates, Effivity and the Sterling Academy behind you. Paid per assignment under a delivery associate agreement.
Many associates do both — represent Sterling locally and deliver what they are qualified to deliver.

The appointment
What an associate is — and is not
An associate is an independent business: Sterling's local commercial and/or delivery contact. An associate is not a Sterling office, branch or agent and cannot bind Sterling. An associate is not a certification body: Sterling and its associates prepare clients for independent third-party certification and never issue certificates.
