How we work

    Every role is hybrid — work from home, client sites when the project needs you, and an office when the team meets.

  • Standards, properly

    Sterling does not sell certificates and does not run compliance-for-paper projects; our consultants are expected to say so to clients when it matters.

  • Tools of our own

    Consultants work with Effivity, our GRC platform, and the Sterling Academy, our training library, from day one.

Associate ISO Consultant

You execute ISO implementation and consulting projects end to end: project planning, kick-off, documentation, training, implementation coaching and internal audit, then supporting the client through third-party audit and the surveillance cycle.

You design, implement and strengthen quality management systems to ISO 9001:2026 for manufacturing, service and technology clients — from gap assessment to a system the client's people actually use.

QHSE Consultant

You implement integrated quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems — ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 — for clients in manufacturing, construction, logistics, energy and facilities.

ISMS Consultant

You implement information security, privacy and assurance programmes for technology companies, BPOs, financial-services firms and healthcare providers: ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 27701, SOC 2 readiness, PCI DSS and data-protection compliance.
