It is a commitment, not a survey result: we stay with you until the agreed certification outcome is achieved. Sterling does not certify; an accredited body audits and decides.

No. The Sterling Promise of 100% on-time completion, 100% success and 8,100+ client engagements is a commitment made for each engagement, not the result of a survey. The client accounts on this page show, in clients’ own terms, how engagements went.
Why are the accounts reported rather than quoted?
Each account is reported in our words, faithful to the signed letter or e-mail on file, with the signatory’s role and organisation attached. The original letters are available on request.
Did Sterling certify these organisations?
No. Sterling consults and does not certify. In each case an accredited certification body audited the management system and made the certification decision.
