The manual predates today, so confirm the current document list with Sharjah Municipality before applying.
Why does the Municipality mention an approved food consultancy?
For establishments subject to the HACCP system, the Municipality's procedures say the owner enters into a contract with a food consultancy company that the Municipality has approved, and that company approves the engineering plans submitted. Check the approved-company list directly with the Municipality before signing any engagement.
