The Municipality's procedures refer to a HACCP certificate for label approval and certain transport permits and say nothing about FSSC 22000 as a substitute. Whether it will accept a broader scheme certificate is a question for the Food Control Section, so ask before relying on it.
Can storage and logistics activities in Hamriyah's Food Park be certified under FSSC 22000?
Often yes, provided the activity fits one of the scheme's sector categories and the certification body agrees the scope. The Food Park lists warehousing, manufacturing, packaging, distribution and logistics facilities, so a tenant can ask for several activities to be scoped together.
