What the GDPR readiness check covers
The check measures your organisation against Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) in eighteen questions, grouped into four areas: Scope, roles and records; Transparency and data subject rights; Processors, security and breaches; and Governance, training and review. Each answer is scored and weighted; the questions marked “Double weight” are the ones supervisory authorities examine first.

How to use it

Yes. It is free, takes about ten minutes and sends your readiness report to your e-mail, with no obligation.
Is this a legal assessment or a certificate?
No. It is a self-assessment that shows where you stand before the real thing. There is no GDPR certificate for an organisation. Compliance is demonstrated to supervisory authorities and clients through documentation and the evidence that your measures operate; ISO/IEC 27701 certification can evidence the system behind it.
