No. The provisions tie awards to approvals from aviation authorities, not to AS9100, which is a customer-driven quality standard for aviation, space and defence suppliers. Maintenance organisations and manufacturers usually ask their own suppliers for it. Read the zone's current terms for incentives and your customers' purchase conditions separately.
Which Guangzhou suppliers are asked for AS9100 first?
Firms that supply parts, materials, tooling or repair services to the maintenance organisations around Baiyun, because those customers must show traceability and control of counterfeit parts to their own approving authorities.
